Why can’t I connect the RetailReady MCP?
Connecting requires an Admin role in RetailReady. If you’re an admin and still can’t connect, contact RetailReady support.

Can Claude change my orders?
No. The RetailReady MCP is read only.

Can Claude see orders outside my account?
No. Claude only sees orders your RetailReady login has access to.
