How to Create a VAS Instruction Set

1. Navigate to the 'Settings' on the Left Hand Side of Retail Ready.

   

2. Select 'VAS Instruction Sets' under Brand Onboarding.

   

3. Select 'Add Instructions' to create a new instruction set.

   

4. Enter a Title and select the applicable Retailer.

   

5. Select the applicable Brand for this VAS Instruction Set.

   

6. Enter or select the relevant SKUs to ensure the correct VAS instructions are automatically applied during the pack, and ship workflow.

   1. Optionally, enable Bulk Associate SKUs to upload a CSV file of SKUs, or select Apply to all SKU prefixes to apply the instructions across multiple or grouped SKUs.

      

7. Enter the instruction details in the selected language (English and/or Spanish), including any required text, images, and associated label.

   1. Use the + icon to add additional instruction steps as needed.

8. Once complete, click 'Save' to create the VAS Instruction Set.
